The role also involves managing a book of business, performing routine maintenance, issue resolution, completing Rate Action Forms (RAF), and producing year-end settlement financials and Form 5500 reporting. The position requires embracing a high-performance culture, utilizing customer service skills, and participating in projects to drive process improvements.
