About The Position

The Underwriter III provides advanced administrative and technical support to underwriters by managing policy documentation, validating submission details, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. The role requires attention to detail, intermediate insurance knowledge, and coordination with internal teams to support timely account processing.

The position is regular and works the first shift in the United States. English fluency is required.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in insurance operations or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in underwriting support or insurance operations.
• Working knowledge of insurance terminology and underwriting processes.
• Intermediate knowledge of property and casualty insurance operations.
• Proficiency in data entry and document management systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
• English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate policy documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing and issuing quotes, binders, and policy documents.
• Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and current data in underwriting systems.
• Monitor and track application and renewal processes to ensure timely completion.
• Support compliance by ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
