About The Position

C&L Water Solutions, a partner of Insituform Technologies LLC and an Azuria Water Solutions company, is hiring experienced Underground Pipe Repair Technicians - Laborers in Littleton, Colorado. The role involves assisting with installation, setup, repair, and maintenance of water, sewer, and storm sewer pipes and valves. Starting pay is $28.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience. The company provides fully paid on-the-job training. A limited-time $4,000 sign-on bonus is available to qualifying new hires with a valid CDL; reduced sign-on bonuses are also available to qualifying hires without a current CDL.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle report.
• Possess a Class A or B CDL and meet Insituform's motor vehicle standards, or be willing to obtain a CDL within 180 days of hire.
• At least 2 years of experience working in the underground pipe industry.
• Proficiency in pipe installation techniques, including proper bedding and backfilling.
• Knowledge of construction plans or blueprints and underground utility installation procedures.
• Strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Able and willing to be on call for one week per month when needed.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with laying and cutting pipes and bolting pipe fittings and connections together.
• Complete valve installations and maintain and repair mains.
• Maintain a clean and safe work site.
• Repair, maintain, and replace water mains, gate valves, fire hydrants, and sewer points.
• Work with and around water taps ranging from 3/4 inch to 2 inches.
• Use laptops, tablets, and phones to report daily work completion and inspections.
