About The Position

MasterTech is seeking Heavy-Duty Mobile Mechanics to join a team of underground mining mechanics in Mullan, Idaho. The successful candidate will maintain, diagnose, and repair specialized heavy-duty equipment on-site underground. Experience as a heavy equipment mechanic in any industry may be considered. Compensation is $30.00–$60.00 per hour, based on experience, with incentives and profit sharing. Relocation assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis. The role includes full benefits, a service truck for on-site work, and company-provided tools. The schedule rotates between days and nights and uses a 5-on/4-off, 4-on/5-off, and 5-on/5-off rotation; overtime is available.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working on heavy equipment, such as drilling, earth-moving, construction, mining, or agricultural equipment.
• Excellent understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency troubleshooting issues and using diagnostic software.
• Experience with welding and fabrication.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
