About The Position
The Underground Foreman oversees the completion of daily jobs as assigned, from warehouse equipment to work performed. This role ensures safety protocols are followed, jobs are completed on time with a focus on quality, and customer complaints are handled satisfactorily. The Foreman also maintains organization of the yard/warehouse and assists in training new laborers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Combination of technical training and/or experience
- 1-2 years experience running a drill and/or plow
- 1-2 years working in construction
- Well experienced on bore rigs and missiles
Responsibilities
- Oversee safety on job sites making sure all protocol for safety is followed.
- Ensure timely completion of jobs assigned with focus on quality of work.
- Maintain organization of yard/warehouse.
- Handle all customer complaints with satisfactory results.
- Assist in training new laborers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
