About The Position

The Underground Foreman oversees the completion of daily assigned jobs, from warehouse equipment to work performed. The role is responsible for job-site safety, timely and quality work, yard and warehouse organization, customer complaint resolution, and assisting with training new laborers. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A combination of technical training and/or experience.
• 1–2 years of experience running a drill and/or plow.
• 1–2 years of construction experience.
• Well experienced on bore rigs and missiles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety on job sites and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Ensure assigned jobs are completed on time, with a focus on quality of work.
• Maintain organization of the yard and warehouse.
• Handle customer complaints and achieve satisfactory results.
• Assist in training new laborers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
