About The Position
10 hours per week. The selected candidate will assist faculty and graduate students in conducting lab work related to a research project on RTD coffee with milk. Preparing and batching food or beverage formulations according to recipes or research instructions.
Requirements
- Pursuing BS in Chemistry
- Approval of Dr. Prakash
Responsibilities
- Monitoring processing conditions like temperature, flow rate, and drying parameters during trials.
- Measuring and weighing ingredients accurately for small-batch production.
- Recording data, observations, and processing results from experiments.
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining lab equipment after use.
- Organizing and maintaining ingredient, supply, and equipment inventories.
