About The Position
Seeking to hire 1-2 undergraduate students to assist in a computational analysis of bacterial genomes, metagenomes and microbiomes. This position involves the processing and analysis of large-scale, publicly available genomic resources.
Requirements
- Students must be reliable, self-motivated and intellectually curious.
- Strong interest and expertise in bioinformatics and computational biology.
- Experience with programming and informatic analysis is required.

- Knowledge of sequence databases.
- Working with genomic data.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to keep up-to-date records.
