Undergraduate Research Assistant (Student)
About The Position
This position is available only to enrolled American University students. Most student positions at American University are eligible to use Federal Work Study (FWS) awards, with a few exceptions. FWS funds cannot be applied to janitorial, construction, partisan or sectarian positions. The Research Assistant will assist in research and preparation of a textbook manuscript for introductory economics. Requirements
- Must be an enrolled American University student.
- Mastery of standard English grammar.
- Ability to use tech tools for proofreading.
Responsibilities
- Transferring data from an online platform to Word documents.
- Updating cited statistics and embedded interactives.
- Proofreading text for standard English grammar errors.
- Ensuring all word documents are fully accessible for digital accessibility compliance.
