About The Position
Benedictine University is seeking an Undergrad Student Employee for Facilities Management on the Mesa Campus. This is a part-time, non-benefit eligible position. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness of Gillett Hall and Alhambra, including tasks such as trash and recycling removal, wiping down surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and sweeping. As a University employee, you will be required to complete all University-specific and/or OSHA-related training.
Requirements
- Must be a currently enrolled Benedictine student in good standing.
- Federal Work Study Funds required.
- The following of campus specific guidelines for pandemic protocols is required.
- Employees must complete all trainings required by Benedictine University.
Responsibilities
- Remove/check trash and recycling in hallways and offices in Gillett Hall
- Wipe down tables in halls, offices
- Clean counters and bathrooms in bathrooms
- Vacuum mats in entrances, carpets, and in the offices
- Sweep staircase in South Hall
- Maintain the cleanliness of Gillett Hall and Alhambra
