Unarmed Security Officer
About The Position
We are currently seeking a NC-PPSB certified unarmed security guard to join our team in Monroe, NC. This is a full-time position consisting of 6-hour shifts. The initial assignment will last four months, with subsequent opportunities to transition to other locations within the same geographical area. As our company maintains a steady rate of growth, there are frequent opportunities for professional advancement. We are looking for applicants with at least one year of verifiable security or customer service experience. Skills in de-escalation, as well as prior law enforcement or military experience, are considered strong assets. However, we are always open to speaking with the right individual regardless of their specific background.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
- Must have a valid driver license and social security card.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and (random drug screening).
- Ability to work all shifts; weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather.
- Working cell phone and email for timekeeping and communication.
- Detail and goal-oriented.
- Of good moral character.
- Possess good hygiene and have a neat and clean appearance.
