About The Position

As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will work in demanding and fast-paced
environments, including medical centers, residential buildings, government
facilities, hospitality venues, and public events. Your mission is to protect
people, information, and property while delivering high-end customer service.
You will represent the frontline of our security services.

Requirements

• Current and valid driver's license - Preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient time management skills
• Reliable transportation (Public or Private)
• Excellent de-escalation skills
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening, and OPS training requirements

• Current and valid driver's license - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end customer service
• Respond to emergencies
• Deter and prevent crime
• Perform ingress/egress control procedures
• Investigate incidents
• Complete daily logs and incident reports
• Conduct regular walking or vehicle patrols
• Build and maintain professional rapport with clients, guests, and co-workers
• De-escalate conflicts
• Monitor CCTV cameras
• Perform other related duties as assigned
