About The Position

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is hiring dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers in Marion, Illinois. Officers monitor facility access, verify employees and visitors, maintain activity logs, and serve as a professional first point of contact. Rover Officers conduct interior and exterior patrols, monitor safety and security concerns, respond to incidents, and help maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the property. Requirements

• A valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour Illinois security training certificate are required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed.
• Some positions require a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Security experience is preferred, though training is available for motivated individuals entering the security field.
• Military, law enforcement, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience is a plus.
