About The Position

Doyle Security Services (DSS) is currently looking for UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS in Suffolk County, NY. This role requires a high level of vigilance, integrity, and customer service while performing duties as a security officer at a standing post for extended periods at a pharmaceutical facility.

Requirements

High School Diploma / GED required.
5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
Valid NYS Security Guard License.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Must have a valid driver license.
Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.

Responsibilities

Monitoring and reporting activities and incidents at the assigned client site to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.
Conducting regular foot patrols and completing scans.
Maintaining order and enforcing site-specific regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the premises.
Securing premise inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
