About The Position

Doyle Security Services (DSS) is currently looking for UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS in Nassau County, Long Island. This position is located in Long Beach and involves a Monday - Friday, 0000 - 0800 shift with a pay rate of $18.00/hr.

Requirements

• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
