Requirements

At least 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid state licensing, is mandatory
Valid Driver's License
Valid CPR
Strong customer service skills
Familiarity with report writing
Computer Skills is a plus
Monitoring and surveillance experience
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in security or customer service fields.
Previous security experience is not required however is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

Deter criminal activity, protect property, and enforce rules on a property.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position.
Patrol areas and conduct security checks.
Provide protection for equipment and workers.
Check the credentials of vehicles and individuals entering and leaving the premises.
Conduct foot or vehicle patrols to detect suspicious behavior and prevent vandalism, thefts, or other criminal behavior.
Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor, check identification, log visitor vehicles, announce visitors, and control access to the property.
Acknowledge and greet all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, provide customer service, manage access control, monitor CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, and distribute packages.
