About The Position

Secureone, Inc. is hiring entry-level Unarmed Security Officers. Security certification is not required to attend an interview. Candidates who are successful in the interview will receive help obtaining the state license and getting started in the role. The position pays $17.04–$18.04 per hour, depending on skills and experience. A hiring event will be held November 4, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Tucson Hilton East Hotel, 7600 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85710. Walk-ins are accepted. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Legal right to work in the United States.
Ability to pass an in-depth criminal background check and drug screening.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English.
Mature, responsible, and dependable, with a positive and cooperative attitude.
Honest and trustworthy, and conducts oneself with integrity.
Able to exercise sound judgment and be flexible during tense situations.
