About The Position
Potbelly Sandwich Works is hiring Team Members and Shift Leaders to help create a welcoming, energetic, and inclusive shop environment while serving customers and preparing food. Team Members prepare sandwiches, shakes, and sides, keep the shop clean and safe, and contribute positive energy and teamwork. Shift Leaders lead and motivate teams, support training and development, set the tone for customer experiences, and help manage daily operations. The company emphasizes mutual respect, teamwork, kindness, accountability, and supporting employees’ growth. A hiring event will take place Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Starbucks, 1220 Arkansas Ln, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.
