Security Officer - North Broward, FL
About The Position
Marksman Security is hiring multiple Unarmed Security Officers for locations in Coral Springs, Parkland, Pompano Beach, and Deerfield Beach, Florida. Officers may work as a Rover, Gatehouse Officer, or Front Desk Officer. Rover duties include foot and vehicle patrols, detecting suspicious activity, and helping prevent vandalism, theft, and other incidents. Gatehouse duties include controlling access, verifying IDs, logging visitors and vehicles, announcing guests, and monitoring entry points. Front Desk duties include greeting guests, managing access control, monitoring CCTV, maintaining visitor logs, and assisting residents. Weekend and holiday availability is required. The pay rate is $16.00–$17.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Hold a valid Florida Security D License.
- Hold a valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Pass a background check and drug test.
- Have strong customer service and communication skills.
- Be available to work weekends and holidays.
