About The Position

Marksman Security is hiring unarmed Security Officers in West Broward, Florida, to help maintain safety, monitor property, and provide excellent customer service. Officers may work in several assignments: foot-patrol rover, golf-cart rover, gatehouse, pool, clubhouse, or front desk. A set-and-split schedule is available, with multiple shifts offered. Weekend and holiday work is required. Pay is $16.50–$17.00 per hour. The foot-patrol and golf-cart rover roles patrol property to support security and prevent incidents; golf-cart rover officers must operate a golf cart and pass an MVR screening. Gatehouse officers control access, verify visitors, and maintain security logs. Pool officers monitor the pool area, enforce safety rules, and assist guests. Clubhouse officers monitor facilities, assist guests, and maintain a safe environment. Front desk officers greet residents and guests, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, and coordinate communication while following security procedures. Requirements

Be at least 21 years old.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Hold a valid Florida Security D License.
Hold a valid Florida driver’s license.
Willingness to undergo and pass a background check and drug test.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Golf-cart rover assignment requires golf-cart operation and passing an MVR screening.
