Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of security experience.
  • Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to speak, read and write English clearly and professionally
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Basic technology proficiency (Reporting Systems, Access Control Platforms, etc.)
  • An effective communicator, capable of resolving how best to reach different audiences and performing communications based on that understanding.
  • Flexible in your approach and demeanor to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances.
  • California BSIS Guard Card
  • High school or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • CPR/First Aid/AED Certification Preferred
  • California Drivers License

Responsibilities

  • Alway deliver a professional and welcoming presence
  • Manage access control and verify credentials with confidence and courtesy
  • Monitor Building Access, CCTV, and alarm systems to proactively identify risks
  • Control entry of employees, visitors and vendors
  • Conduct routine patrols of the buildings, property and parking areas with strong situational awareness.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies with calm, decisive action.
  • May enforce regulations pertaining to personnel and visitors
  • Produce clear, detailed, and professional reports
  • Maintains and displays good public relations skills when interacting with visitors and staff
  • Provide information regarding the facilities and surrounding areas as requested by visitors
  • Produce clear, detailed, and professional reports and logs
  • Build trust with clients, employees, and visitors
