Requirements
- Must have 1 year of Security Experience
- Security D License Required
- FL Driver's License Required
- 1 Year Security Experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Must have prior front gate at a residential community – ABDI required
- Must have prior Condominium background and knowledge of BuildingLink
Responsibilities
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Monitor and operate the security video system to observe and detect potential issues
- Other job duties may be associated with the post
