About The Position
Our Maitre D's are a point person responsible for overseeing the dining room including placement of large parties, acting as a goodwill ambassador to Guests and greeting and seating Guests in the dining room. The company's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way." Brinker International, founded by Norman Brinker, pioneered casual dining and is the name behind Maggiano's Little Italy, which is described as a slice of Italian American tradition.
