Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests. They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests. Maggiano's operates under "The Maggiano's Way," a philosophy centered on bringing people together to celebrate family and friends. The company, part of Brinker International, was founded on the principle of "casual dining" by Norman Brinker. Maggiano's Little Italy aims to embody Italian American tradition. The company is committed to community involvement, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund to assist employees in need. The Front of the House team, including Hosts, aims to make Guests feel special and welcome them into a "slice of Italian Americana."
