About The Position

The Unarmed Officer will be responsible for monitoring client property to prevent theft, trespassing, and safety hazards. This role requires self-management, excellent communication and report writing skills, and the ability to stand, stoop, and bend for long periods in all weather conditions. The officer will use motor vehicles and foot patrols, control access to buildings, and report incidents promptly using company software. Adherence to site-specific protocols and RCSI policies is mandatory.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old or the minimum age required by the State
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Must provide a background check upon hire
• Must submit to pre-job and random drug testing
• Must be able to self-manage
• Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Must have excellent report writing skills
• Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
• Must be able to stand, stoop, and bend for long periods of time
• Work in all weather conditions
• MUST HAVE A VEHICLE

Responsibilities

• Use motor vehicles and foot patrols to monitor client property
• Monitor and patrol assigned property to prevent theft, trespassing, and safety hazards
• Maintain clear visibility and provide a professional customer-service presence
• Control access to buildings or areas as required by the site
• Report incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly
• Complete accurate daily activity reports using company software
• Follow all site-specific protocols and RCSI policies
