About The Position

Midwest Security Forces is seeking experienced applicants for immediate part-time Unarmed Security Officer positions at a residential community in Granger, Indiana. The role requires prior unarmed security, law enforcement, or military experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong observational skills, sound operational judgment, and the ability to respond swiftly and appropriately to security threats. The position involves providing customer service, maintaining a visible and friendly presence, monitoring and reporting site activities, responding to critical situations, and enforcing client procedures and standards. Requirements

• Prior unarmed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• At least a high school education or equivalent (GED).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age, as required by applicable law.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong observational skills and sound operational judgment.
• Ability to respond swiftly and appropriately to security threats.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Attention to detail.
• Customer-service orientation.
