About The Position

Unarmed Access Control Officers perform various security-related duties depending on the post. This role involves patrolling and monitoring exterior and community areas on-premises, managing access control for entrances and exits, and monitoring surveillance cameras for any disruptions or unlawful activities. The officer will also be responsible for providing detailed reports on daily activities and incidents, using communication devices effectively, and performing CPR or first aid when needed. Ensuring credentials are maintained per contract requirements and performing other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Project Manager are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must understand, explain, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, directives, and procedures per contract.
• Knowledgeable and able to effectively use magnetometer and X-ray machines.
• High school diploma, a General Education Degree (GED) recognized by the U.S.
• Two (2) years of verifiable experience as an Unarmed security officer
• Knowledgeable of the security industry
• Must have a customer service-driven mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively and present information to all levels of internal and external customers/clients.
• CPR/First Aid Certification
