Full-Time Ultrasound Technologist
About The Position
ImageCare Radiology is seeking a Full-Time Ultrasound Technologist for their Hackettstown location. This role involves providing patients with the best care and experience while working with staff to perform quality ultrasound scans and biopsies. The technologist will collaborate with radiologists to gather medical images, ensuring an efficient and patient-focused experience. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, compassionate, and experienced in producing quality images for proper treatment and diagnosis. All new hires must attend a first-day orientation at the Mount Olive office.
Requirements
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer License (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Medical specialties: Sonography
- Must be vaccinated with the yearly flu shot and MMR.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year working at a hospital experience or working independently is preferred.
- Basic vascular knowledge (venous doppler and carotids) and breast ultrasound experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality ultrasound scans and biopsies.
- Work closely with radiologists to gather medical images.
- Ensure an efficient and patient-focused experience during procedures.
- Perform ALL Ultrasound exams including: General Ultrasound and Ob/Gyn, Vascular, and Breast Ultrasound.
