About The Position

Ultrasound Technologist in Ultrasound Unit at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. This position is Full time and will work 12-hour Day Shifts. Under the direction of the Radiologist/Cardiologist and Supervisor, Sonography and with latitude for independent judgment, performs all the professional duties involved in the utilization of high frequency sound waves for ultrasonic diagnosis at the technical level. Acts in compliance with Federal, State, and Joint Commission standards. Produces and evaluates images and related data to be used by physicians to render medical diagnosis. Requirements

• National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience in Sonography or a related Imaging field.
