Part TIme Ultrasound Technologist
About The Position
Urology Specialists of Austin is seeking an experienced and dependable Ultrasound Technologist for its patient-focused urology practice. This part-time role is scheduled one day per week, with the workday and hours to be determined. The position is located at 12505 Hymeadow Dr., Ste. 2C, Austin, TX 78750, and pays $40–$45 per hour depending on experience. The technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations and supports quality patient care by obtaining accurate images and measurements, maintaining appropriate documentation, ensuring patient comfort and confidentiality, and collaborating with providers and clinical staff.
Requirements
- Current ARDMS certification or other applicable sonography credentials.
- Experience performing the listed ultrasound studies, including vascular Doppler examinations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the clinical team.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality renal (kidney) ultrasound examinations.
- Perform penile vascular/Doppler ultrasound examinations.
- Perform abdominal ultrasound examinations.
- Perform thyroid ultrasound examinations.
- Perform lower extremity vascular studies.
- Obtain accurate diagnostic images and measurements.
- Maintain appropriate documentation.
- Ensure patient comfort and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support quality patient care.
