About The Position
Paradise Valley Hospital is seeking an Ultrasound Technician to perform ultrasound examinations and produce technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation. The technician positions patients and equipment, creates appropriate recordings, and processes and transmits images to PACS. The role is part time with a variable shift.
Requirements
- RDMS (ARDMS) or S (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region within 90 days of hire, and maintain certification.
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program, or hold a current certification identified in the certification requirement and graduate within 90 days of hire.
- Current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintain it.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience preferred.
