About The Position

Provides a variety of ultrasound procedures for patients of all age groups served by the entity. Safely ensures quality images, participates in the department’s continuous quality improvement process, and promotes customer satisfaction and appropriate care for assigned patients. This part-time role requires one day shift and one night shift. Estimated pay is $35.81–$46.55 per hour, depending on experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $12,000 is offered.

Requirements

• High school diploma, certificate, GED, training, or equivalent experience.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education program in Ultrasound Technology or Radiologic Technology.
• ARDMS eligible; must obtain ARDMS certification related to the department’s clinical needs within one year of hire.

Nice To Haves

• ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certification in Abdomen and Vascular.
• Six months of experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
