Ultrasonographer (Full-Time)
About The Position
At Columbus Regional Healthcare System, employees are offered professional growth and advancement, an intimate hospital environment, and resources from a large healthcare system. The Ultrasonographer performs a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the clinical direction of an attending Radiologist. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. shift. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible full-time ultrasound technologists for offers made on or after 10/28/2026, subject to an 18-month commitment and payment in two increments. The bonus is available to direct candidates only; per diem, contract, and agency candidates are not eligible.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school or training program for Radiologic Technology with specialized training in Diagnostic Ultrasound, or graduate of an approved school or training program of Diagnostic Ultrasound.
- Ability to demonstrate competence in duties specific to the age groups of assigned patients.
Nice To Haves
- Formal clinical training in Ultrasound.
- ARDMS registration in Abdomen, OB-GYN, or Vascular.
- New graduates may be considered; one year of full-time experience in Diagnostic Ultrasound is preferred.
- With training and on-the-job experience, proficiency in the basic aspects of the job is expected within three months.
