About The Position
Harrison County Hospital is seeking a certified Ultra sonographer. This position is PRN (as needed) plus call evenings and weekends. Harrison County Hospital has continuously served the people of Harrison County since 1950. Today our acute care community hospital serves the healthcare needs of a much broader and growing population in Harrison and Crawford counties, Indiana and Meade County, Kentucky. As our community grows, we grow, serving more patients than ever before, and recruiting highly qualified hospital and medical staff.
Requirements
- Graduate from an approved Ultrasound program.
- On-the job training, however registration with ARDMS or ARRT must be obtained within 1 year of meeting the eligibility requirements
- ARDMS or ARRT registered or eligible (Must obtain registration within 1 year of eligibility).
- Excellent people skills
- Phone System Operation
- Basic computer knowledge
Responsibilities
- Perform Echo/Ultrasound Procedures
- Provide call coverage evenings and weekends
