About The Position

Language Trainers is an international language training company seeking a Ukrainian Teacher for a client in Calgary, Canada. This is a freelance, part-time, one-to-one general Ukrainian course for a beginner student aged 18-24. The course will consist of 30 total hours, with sessions of two hours each, scheduled twice per week after 5 PM on any day except Tuesday and Wednesday. The start date is ASAP. The student's motivation is to learn Ukrainian due to their work with Ukrainian individuals.

Requirements

• Native Ukrainian speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
• Valid work permit/visa.
• Live within 30 km of T2W0V1, Calgary.
• Availability to teach twice per week after 5 PM, excluding Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• Ability to start ASAP.
• Meet the stated conditions for application.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one general Ukrainian language training to a beginner student.
• Conduct two-hour sessions, twice per week.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule and location if needed.
