About The Position
Mater is currently undertaking a significant organisational transformation, focused on modernising our systems and enhancing the overall employee experience. As part of this exciting program of work, the Mater UKG Pro Migration Project Team is seeking an experienced UKG Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the delivery of this key initiative.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in UKG systems and workforce management
- Ability to contribute effectively to a complex transformation project
Responsibilities
- Solution design and validation
- System testing and optimisation
- Alignment with operational requirements and payroll processes
- Compliance with applicable industrial instruments
- Provide functional expertise across key workforce management areas, including: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Award interpretation, Payroll integration, Operational readiness activities
