We are seeking for unique and experienced UKG Ready Solution Consultant to join our team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' UKG experience with completing full implementations of UKG Ready
• End-to-end experience with the following Ready modules: HR – Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Succession Planning, Learning, Benefits, COBRA, ACA
• End-to-end experience with the following Ready modules: Payroll – Payroll Services
• End-to-end experience with the following Ready modules: Time – Accruals, Attestation, LOA/Leave
• End-to-end experience with the following Ready modules: Scheduler
• End-to-end experience with the following Ready modules: People Insights
• Valid UKG Ready Implementation Certifications Time (Required)
• Valid UKG Ready Implementation Certifications HR
• Valid UKG Ready Implementation Certifications Payroll
• Exemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationships
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Applicants must have authorization to work in Mexico without current or future visa sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Experience with UKG Pro or UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) is desired but not required
• Experience delivering managed services, end user/admin training, and/or strategic consulting
• UKG PRO WFM Timekeeping Certification
• End-to-end experience with the following UKG PRO WFM modules: Timekeeping
• End-to-end experience with the following UKG PRO WFM modules: Absence (Attendance and Leave)
• Experience with ADP Workforce Management optional
• Understanding of UKG Navigator, Paragon, and Launch methodology /tools

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG product implementation from discovery through design, build, test, and user adoption
• Discover and analyze client business requirements and business processes
• Create usable documentation including audit findings, business requirements, and product design documents
• Translate findings and product design documentation into properly configured applications (Timekeeping, Payroll, Scheduler, etc.)
• Actively participate, and as needed lead, testing, and quality assurance activities for the projects.
• Assist with change management and user acceptance testing
• Work closely with Project Managers communicating and understanding the goals required to complete the required tasks on time and budget
• Maintain the internal project management system up to date with all-time worked, task status, and related documentation
• Maintain current in-depth technical, functional, and operational knowledge of UKG Ready
