About The Position

generis tek is seeking a UiPath & Selenium Automation Developer for a contract-to-hire role in Redmond, WA. This position involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath and Selenium. The role requires analyzing business processes, building end-to-end workflows with robust exception handling, and integrating automations with various systems. A key aspect of this role is the development and support of AI-driven automation solutions, including those using AI agents, LLM-based workflows, and autonomous task orchestration. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining automation scripts, performing code reviews, debugging, and providing production support, while ensuring adherence to security and development best practices.

Requirements

Overall 10+ years of QA experience
5–6 years of hands-on experience in RPA UiPath development
Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework
Good knowledge of agentic AI automation concepts and implementation
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
Proficiency in C# / VB.NET or scripting for automation
Experience with API integration, JSON, XML, REST/SOAP services
Strong understanding of web automation, desktop automation, and attended/unattended bots
Knowledge of exception handling, selectors, queues, assets, and triggers
Experience in debugging, optimization, and production support
Good communication and problem-solving skills
