About The Position
We are looking for a Senior UiPath RPA Automation Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise RPA solutions for government services.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA development
- 2+ years of RPA Solution Architect experience
- 3+ years of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform experience
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong UiPath architecture, debugging, SQL, API, and workflow development skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Nice To Haves
- UiPath certifications
- Experience with OCR/ICR, AI, ML, NLP, or chatbots
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy complex UiPath RPA workflows and bots
- Work with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Hub, Studio Web and Insights
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing RPA solutions
- Develop complex SQL queries and system integrations
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs and OCR/ICR
- Develop and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Collaborate with business and technical teams using Agile methodologies
- Support RPA standards, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement
