As a UI/UX Developer, you will shape the user experience and visual design of digital products. You will conduct user research to understand audience needs and behaviors, then translate findings into wireframes and interactive prototypes. You will create cohesive, human-centered interfaces that promote consistency and usability across multiple applications, collaborating with product managers and developers to implement intuitive solutions to user problems. The role involves using modern front-end technologies, including React and Next.js, alongside JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Design tools, knowledge of color theory and grid systems, the ability to translate user requirements into functional components, and attention to detail in design and implementation will support the delivery of engaging experiences aligned with the brand’s vision. Occasional travel of up to 10% is expected. The work environment may range from a business office with moderate noise to occasional loud noise near an airfield or large equipment. The position requires extended computer-terminal use and the ability to sit, stand, talk, and hear. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
