About The Position

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions that improve usability and interaction.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to incorporate into designs.
