About The Position

Glint Tech Solutions, a women-owned global IT staffing and recruiting firm, is partnering with a leading enterprise client to hire a UI Developer. The role is onsite in Phoenix, Arizona. The developer will build responsive, user-friendly, high-performance web applications using React.js and work closely with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Requirements

• Spoken fluency in Mandarin and professional English communication.
• Strong experience with React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience with React Hooks, component lifecycle, and state management.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience with Git and frontend debugging tools.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and web performance optimization.

Nice To Haves

• TypeScript, Redux, or Context API.
• Vite or Webpack.
• Jest or React Testing Library.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js.
• Build reusable UI components and frontend modules.
• Work with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product teams, and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Integrate REST APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Optimize performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain clean, reusable code.
