The coach will participate in practices and competitions, teaching athletic performance skills, and developing training plans aligned with team goals. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, creating individualized plans, educating athletes on performance habits, and assisting with scouting and technology implementation. The position also involves collaboration with sports medicine staff, managing the performance department budget, and adhering to university and NCAA policies. The role also includes duties as a Campus Security Authority and maintaining confidentiality.
