Colby College, a member of the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC), is seeking an assistant football coach. Colby competes at the Division III level with 32 intercollegiate sports and a robust campus recreation program. The college has invested significantly in state-of-the-art athletics facilities, including the Harold Alfond Athletics and Recreation Center and extensive outdoor competition spaces. The Peak Performance Program integrates sports medicine, strength and conditioning, sports psychology, nutrition, and sports sciences to optimize student well-being and performance. This is a split-season position, with 4 months in the fall and 2 months in the spring. The assistant coach will support the head coach in all aspects of running a competitive Division III program. The position pays $25,000 over the course of the split-season term.
