UGC Video Creator | Radial Health Campaign
About The Position
We are seeking UGC creators to film short videos for a paid campaign for Radial, a national mental health clinic network. Radial offers TMS and Spravato, which are FDA-cleared, evidence-based treatments for individuals with depression who have not found relief with standard treatments. These treatments are covered by most insurance and administered in a calm outpatient setting. The desired content should feel like a trusted friend sharing information, conveying warmth, credibility, and authenticity, rather than a traditional advertisement.
Requirements
- Ability to film two short UGC-style videos.
- Comfortable on camera with a conversational delivery.
- US-based.
- Ability to deliver videos within 7-10 days of brief delivery.
- Provide a portfolio or content samples for application.

- Creators who make mental health, wellness, or health education content.
- Personal experience with depression or treatment-resistant depression.
Responsibilities
- Film two short UGC-style videos: one focused on TMS and one focused on Spravato.
- Adhere to a creative brief provided by the campaign.
- Submit videos for full script approval before filming.
- Deliver videos in a vertical format (9:16 + 4:5 MOV) with a minimum resolution of 1080p.
- Upload final videos via the Matchnode UGC Creators portal.
- Incorporate up to two rounds of revisions as requested.
Benefits
- Compensation: $200 per video.
- Payment terms: Net 30 after final approval.
