About The Position

Joybyte is seeking a UGC Content Creator to craft high-performing TikTok and Instagram Reels for e-commerce brands. This role involves creating authentic and engaging short-form video content that captivates audiences and drives conversions. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, has a strong aesthetic sense, and enjoys experimenting with trends. Joybyte is a marketing agency that fosters a collaborative and energetic environment, offering competitive pay and a flexible contract structure.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or UGC production.
  • A portfolio or examples of short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • On-camera confidence and the ability to convey authenticity and enthusiasm.
  • Video editing skills using in-app tools or external software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
  • Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of what makes content engaging.
  • Ability to take creative direction while maintaining originality in content execution.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop eye-catching, high-quality TikTok and Instagram Reels that showcase e-commerce products in an authentic, engaging way.
  • Stay on top of platform trends, viral challenges, and social media best practices to create relevant and timely content.
  • Craft compelling narratives and scripts that resonate with target audiences and drive brand engagement.
  • Be comfortable showing up on camera and producing content in a relatable, energetic, and creative style.
  • Utilize TikTok and Instagram-native editing tools (or external apps) to produce polished, high-quality videos.
  • Work closely with Joybyte's internal marketing team to align content with brand strategies and campaign goals.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and iterate content strategies to optimize for performance and conversion.
