About The Position

Matchnode, a performance creative agency, is seeking parent UGC creators to film a short video for a paid campaign for Expressable, a national pediatric speech therapy platform. Expressable aims to help parents who are concerned about their child's speech development and face challenges with traditional therapy options, such as long waitlists and inconvenient appointment times. The platform offers licensed speech therapists who provide online therapy from home, with no waitlist and insurance coverage. Parents are coached on activities to do between sessions to ensure daily progress. The desired video content should feel like a warm, honest recommendation shared between friends, rather than a traditional advertisement.

Requirements

  • Parent creators, especially moms, who create family, parenting, or lifestyle content.
  • Comfortable on camera and able to deliver content conversationally, not rigidly scripted.
  • US-based.
  • No minimum follower count required.
  • Ability to apply with a portfolio or content samples.

Nice To Haves

  • Personal experience navigating speech or developmental concerns with your own child is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Film one short UGC-style video based on a provided creative brief.
  • Choose one of four provided scripts that feels most natural to deliver.
  • Deliver the video within 7-10 days of brief delivery.
  • Provide 1 video, approximately 30 seconds long, in vertical 9:16 MOV format, with a minimum of 1080p resolution, delivered via the Matchnode UGC Creators portal.
