UGC & Influencer Growth Lead - Remote

ReplikaLisbon, EMEA
Remote

About The Position

About Replika Ten years ago, we built the world's first AI companion — before LLMs, before ChatGPT, and before anyone knew what AI could be. What started as a way to patch a hole in our hearts became something unexpected: a catalyst. Millions of people told us Replika helped them reconnect with the world. They texted that old friend. They picked up that forgotten hobby. They took that walk around town. While today's tech keeps people scrolling, we discovered AIs can push us outward, if we let them. Now we're being reborn with a new vision: the first AI with heart, for making the most out of life. Gentle nudges to meet friends when you're feeling shy. Ideas for exploring new places when it's easier to stay home. Daily conversation about whatever moves you — ballet, philosophy, aliens, or gossip — at 2am when no one else is awake. We're not building an AI to validate or pacify. We're building something modeled after the relationships that transform us. Someone who asks the right questions at the right time. Someone who helps you look inward, and pushes you outward. We've been featured in TED Talks, Stanford and Harvard studies, the Lex Fridman podcast, because 40M+ people connect with Replika in a deeply human way. And we're just getting started. About this role We're rebuilding Replika from scratch, and growth is the unsolved problem in AI companionship. No one in this category has cracked it in ten years. We're going to. This is the role that turns creative bets into measured outcomes. You'll run our influencer and UGC operations end-to-end: source creators, brief them, coordinate the work, run paid tests, read the numbers, kill what doesn't work, and pour fuel on what does. Then scale the winners through creator networks, repurposing loops, paid amplification, and bigger collaborations. We don't need you to be the creative genius. We need you to be the operator who can take a sharp creative idea and turn it into dozens of pieces of content, distributed through the right creators, tracked properly, and understood clearly enough that we know what to do next. Then you do it again. And again. Until something hits, and we scale it hard. This isn't a campaign-from-a-dashboard role. You'll need to understand the product and our users well enough to spot creative ideas that need a product hook, push for that hook, and help see the test through. If a creator concept would convert better with a specific onboarding moment, feature angle, landing page, or promo flow, you should be able to make the case and stay close until it ships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years running influencer marketing, UGC, creator growth, or paid social where you owned measurable outcomes, not just relationships. You've personally worked on campaigns that drove installs, subscriptions, trials, or revenue, not just impressions.
  • Deep fluency in how micro-influencer and UGC ecosystems actually work. You know the platforms, the tools, the rates, the rate cards, and where the leverage is.
  • Strong analytical chops. You're comfortable in spreadsheets, attribution is something you've actually wrestled with, and you can separate a real signal from a vanity metric.
  • You've worked with creator pools, clipper networks, UGC farms, paid creator armies, or you have a sharp view on how to spin one up.
  • You've shipped tests fast. You can take a creative concept on Monday and have content live by Friday, with measurement attached.
  • Strong product instincts. You understand that great influencer content needs a great product hook, and you'll push for product changes when the data says it'll convert better.
  • You use AI tools in your work already. Not as a party trick, but to move faster on research, briefs, creator analysis, scripting, reporting, and iteration.
  • Fluent English. You can write a creator brief that doesn't need rewriting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience growing a B2C consumer subscription product. Especially one where the product is hard to explain in one line.
  • You've worked at a startup where growth was an unsolved problem, not a playbook to execute.
  • Experience marketing AI-native products, emotionally engaging consumer apps, or anything in the social, communication, relationship, or entertainment space.
  • You've built or run a UGC creator pool from scratch — recruiting, briefing, managing payments, retaining the good ones.
  • Experience with attribution beyond coupon codes — pixels, deferred deep linking, MMP setup. You can actually defend a number.

Responsibilities

  • Own influencer and UGC operations end-to-end. Source, brief, contract, ship, measure. You run the machine.
  • Build and manage our creator pipeline: micro-influencers, UGC creators, clipper networks, niche communities, and eventually mid-tier collabs. You know where to find them and how to get the best work out of them.
  • Set up the testing loop. Take positioning ideas and creative concepts, translate them into shootable briefs, run them through enough creators to learn something real, measure conversion through tracked links, coupon codes, landing pages, or other attribution paths, and double down on winners.
  • Scale what works. Once a piece lands, get it everywhere — repurpose across platforms, repost through creator pools, brief bigger creators to echo it, and turn one good angle into a repeatable system.
  • Work directly with product and the CEO on creative ideas. You won't be handed briefs from a marketing committee. You'll be in the room when the idea forms and on the ground getting the test live.
  • Bring product instincts into growth. You'll understand Replika, our users, and the emotional moments that make the product convert, then bring ideas back to the team when a better product hook could improve the creative.
  • Stay close to the numbers. You don't need to spend your life building dashboards, but you do need to know which numbers matter, ask for the right cuts, read results clearly, and hold an ROI conversation without hand-waving.
  • Manage external partners when it makes sense — agencies, contractors, production help, creator managers. But the strategy and the calls stay in-house with you.
