About The Position

A big part of how students discover Knowt is through creators on TikTok and Instagram showing how they study. We're looking for an organized, content-savvy UGC Campaign Manager to own one vertical of Knowt's education content. You'll run the creator program for that vertical end to end: managing creators, keeping content flowing, reviewing submissions for quality and brand fit, and tracking what's performing so the vertical keeps growing. This is a fully remote, contract position with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content: what makes a good hook and why videos perform
• Familiarity with study and education content on social (StudyTok, study-with-me, exam prep)
• Sharp eye for detail and consistent judgment on content quality
• Highly organized; comfortable juggling many creators and submissions without dropping anything
• Clear, direct communicator who can give constructive feedback
• Self-directed, reliable, and responsive

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing creators, influencer/UGC campaigns, or social media programs
• Experience in edtech or working with student and college-aged creators
• Familiarity with TikTok analytics or creator management tools
• Current or recent student, or close to the student audience

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of your Knowt education content vertical, from creator onboarding through posting and performance tracking
• Manage the vertical's roster of student creators: share briefs and sample videos, set expectations, answer questions, and keep everyone on schedule
• Review creator submissions through our content review platform, confirming each video accurately recreates its assigned sample and meets Knowt's brand guidelines
• Approve or deny submissions and keep statuses up to date so the pipeline keeps moving
• Give creators clear, actionable feedback to improve hooks, scripts, and how they show Knowt in action
• Track posting consistency and performance (views, saves, shares, signups) and identify which creators and formats are working in your vertical
• Flag recurring issues, underperforming creators, and new content angles for your audience
• Keep the Knowt team updated on vertical performance, creator status, and edge cases, including occasional strategy calls
