In this position... The UAT and Go-Live Manager plays a pivotal role in our core modernization program by leading UAT and go-live readiness across technical and business user groups. This individual will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live strategies for the Alfa Receivables implementation, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and comply with financial regulations. They partner with Enterprise End-to-End testing and in-sprint testing to support an integrated testing approach and facilitate collaboration across business, product, compliance, testing, and engineering teams. Additionally, this role oversees go-live readiness activities, including environment availability, cross-initiative resource coordination, policy and procedure readiness, and training design, while integrating UAT into the customer journey approach and culminating in a readiness certification process with stakeholder signoff.
Requirements
- Leading UAT and go-live readiness across technical and business user groups.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live strategies.
- Understanding of financial regulations.
- Experience with Enterprise End-to-End testing and in-sprint testing.
- Collaboration skills across business, product, compliance, testing, and engineering teams.
- Experience overseeing go-live readiness activities.
- Experience with environment availability, resource coordination, policy and procedure readiness, and training design.
