About The Position

COLSA Corporation is seeking a motivated UAS Training Specialist to support its fast-paced Uncrewed Systems program in Huntsville, Alabama. The specialist develops and executes training programs in classroom and field environments, leads training sessions for team members and customers, and provides hands-on instruction and operational support for military uncrewed systems at customer sites. The role also provides technical and logistical support to the program.

Responsibilities

• Employ UAS and/or system equipment in support of test ranges and combat scenario training.
• Develop and maintain training curriculum and materials to ensure relevance and timeliness.
• Conduct online and/or classroom training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness relative to objectives and maintain supporting records.
• Provide input based on prior military experience to support system development and process improvements.
• Provide technical and logistical support to the program.
• Lead training sessions for team members and customers, and provide hands-on instruction and operational support for military uncrewed systems at customer sites.
